Bayora Stays offers furnished, serviced apartments for short, monthly and corporate stays in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement and El Shorouk. Availability and the full price for your selected dates are shown live on each apartment's page, and the price you continue with is the price you pay. A booking is confirmed after Bayora verifies receipt of your payment — except approved cash-on-arrival stays, which are confirmed when you select cash and are paid at check-in.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give — your name, contact number, dates and guest count — because your booking, and how we reach you, depend on them.

Each apartment carries its own house rules — check-in and checkout times, the maximum number of guests, and its position on smoking, parties, pets and visitors, among others. Those apartment rules are shown on the apartment's page and are the authoritative rules for that stay. Please read them before you book.

A booking is confirmed once the Bayora team accepts it and, where a payment is due, once that payment is verified as received. Uploading a transfer screenshot or telling us you have paid does not by itself confirm a booking — see the Payment Policy.

If you need to change a confirmed booking — your dates, for example — contact the Bayora team. A change may affect the price, and any additional amount is handled as set out at the time.

Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the conditions shown for your selected stay. Please read that policy before booking.

Apartments are offered subject to availability, which can change until a booking is confirmed. Where circumstances beyond reasonable control affect a stay, the Bayora team will work with you to find a fair resolution.

You are responsible for the apartment during your stay and for any damage beyond ordinary use, in line with the apartment's rules.
