Cancellation & Refund Policy
This explains what happens if you cancel or change a booking, and how any refund is handled. The conditions that apply to your booking are the ones shown for the apartment and stay you selected.
The conditions that apply to you
The cancellation conditions for your booking are the conditions shown for the selected apartment and stay when you booked. Apartments can differ, so please read the summary on the apartment's page before you confirm.
Cancelling before arrival
If you need to cancel, contact the Bayora team as early as you can. Whether, and how much of, any amount already paid is returned depends on the conditions that applied to your booking.
Where those conditions allow a refund, we return what is due. Where they allow an amount to be kept, that amount is retained and the rest, if any, is returned.
Changing a booking instead
Often a change is better than a cancellation. If your plans shift, ask the team about moving your dates. If a change reduces the price and you have already paid more, the difference owed back to you is handled as a refund as described below.
How refunds are handled
Because Bayora takes payment on manual rails — InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and cash — a refund is sent back on a rail we arrange with you and is recorded once it has actually been sent. A refund can be full or partial: you receive the amount due under your booking's conditions, and any amount those conditions allow us to keep is retained.
Nothing on this site moves money on its own. A refund exists once the Bayora team has sent it and recorded it, so please allow reasonable time for a transfer to be arranged and to reach you.
