Cookie & Analytics Notice

This notice explains the storage the Bayora Stays website uses and the current status of its analytics foundation.

Website contact attribution

Subject to the same regional consent choice, Bayora remembers a random visitor reference and first/last traffic sources in first-party browser storage for up to seven days. Clicking WhatsApp or Call can save a contact reference, time, public page paths, campaign tags and eligible advertising click identifiers in Bayora's database. The contact record does not contain your phone number, email, message or raw IP address. A reference is appended to the WhatsApp message so staff can look up its website source. A click is not proof that a message or call was completed. Contact still works if you reject optional measurement or recording fails.

Analytics status

Bayora uses Google Tag Manager to manage tags and uses Google Analytics. Google advertising technologies may also be used for campaign measurement and relevant advertising. Bayora does not add a site-wide consent popup for every visitor.

In consent-managed regions, analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled until you accept. You may reject them, and you can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change or revoke a choice. In other regions, these technologies may operate according to Bayora's regional measurement policy.

Bayora does not intentionally send guest, booking, payment, address, bank, proof, token, or settlement information through normal analytics events. Where the applicable Google consent permits it, the email address and phone number already supplied with a genuine booking request may be normalized and securely hashed for Google's dedicated Enhanced Conversions matching path. This is Bayora's technical consent implementation and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

The storage a booking needs

We use only what the site needs to work. When you complete a booking request, a short-lived, secure cookie carries your confirmation summary to the success page and then expires. When your visit arrives with campaign tags, an eligible Google advertising click or analytics session identifier, or from a search engine or an assistant such as ChatGPT, a first-party note may remember that source for up to seven days so a later booking outcome can be attributed to the right channel. It never stores the full query string and is not used to operate your booking.

A one-time technical marker may be used to repair browser caches after a past incident; it holds no personal data and cannot identify you.

If you sign in to the private admin area, sign-in cookies keep that session — those apply to staff, not to guests browsing or booking.

Managing storage

If Bayora presents you with a consent choice, your accepted or rejected preference is saved in first-party browser storage so it can be applied on later visits. It contains no personal information and can be changed through Cookie settings after you have made a choice. The functional booking, attribution, cache-recovery and staff sign-in storage described above is unaffected.

You can also clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. Clearing them will not stop you browsing apartments or sending a booking request.
