Payment Policy

Bayora Stays takes payment on manual rails operated by the team. This explains how you pay, and — importantly — when a payment is actually treated as received.

How you pay

When your booking is ready for payment, you receive a secure payment link with the amount and instructions. Depending on what is available, you can pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and some bookings can be settled in cash on arrival.

For a transfer, you make the payment from your own account, then confirm it on the payment page: you enter the sending account you paid from and upload a screenshot of the transfer, so an operator can match it.

When a payment counts as received

This is the part that matters most: telling us you have transferred, or uploading a screenshot, does not by itself confirm your payment. A payment is treated as received only after the Bayora team verifies it against the account.

Until it is verified, your claim is under review and your dates are held for the review period shown on the payment page.

If the payment cannot be found

If the team checks and cannot find your transfer, your claim is marked not received and a fresh payment link is issued so you can try again. Your earlier submission is kept on record; nothing about your booking is lost, and no new charge is created.

Each payment link is time-limited. If a payment window passes before a valid payment is verified, the team will let you know the next step.

Cash on arrival

Where a booking is settled in cash on arrival, it is confirmed with the amount still due to be paid in person. It is not marked paid until the cash is received.
